Cool London Location

I love my cozy hideaway in the middle of London. We have easy access to all of this great city but also retain something of a traditional village atmosphere.

There’s a comfortable sitting room, new bathroom ( with rain shower over tub), 5’ queen bed in the quiet bedroom and a new kitchen chock full of gadgets.

Best of all we have a lovely walled back yard where you can relax and forget you’re in town after a long day of sightseeing.

We have fast WiFi, TV, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine but no dryer. In the winter months we use the launderette where, for a small fee, they wash, dry and fold perfectly.

About the location

On our street we have a selection of late night groceries, coffee shops, restaurants (even a shisha bar!) and post office and launderette. Right around the corner (3min stroll) is one of London’s best neighborhoods with more cafes, restaurants, bars and some quirky shops.

Buses stop almost on our doorstep (incl one that can whisk you to Westfield White City - London’s biggest and best shopping mall). Queens Park Station is a 3min walk and from here the Bakerloo line takes you to the City and West End, Paddington (for Heathrow) and straight to Embankment (for National Theatre, Southbank, Tate, Thames etc). There is also an overground train there to Euston (handy for Camden, Islington and routes to the North of England).

Putting food on the table is easy as we have an M&S food store right by the station Which opens early and closes late.

Best of all perhaps, we are just minutes from Queens Park itself which is a great place to walk, run and people watch. It may be petite but there’s a woodland walk, a petting zoo, putting green, tennis courts, outdoor gym, footie games, bandstand, café and more!
