A beautifull place between south and center of Tel aviv - Israel

2 Bedroom room (1 is for a couple and the other is with a single bed), 1 living room and kitchen, on the 4th floor (with elevator) above the other buildings in the hood, beautiful view with good air (specially in the evening), the place has everything, both chic and a feeling of coming home, 2 balconies, facing the west (where the sea is) and the east.

One market is down stairs and the other one is 10 min away by foot, 15 min from the center of shops and bars and everything, bus station to every where is downstairs, and the central bus station (if traveling around Israel) is 10 min away. The beach is 20 min away if walking, but you can grab a bike and be there in 5 (Like everyone else)
The apt. is 20 min away (with a car) from the airport of Israel

About the location

The neighborhood called "Florentine", with can be compare easly to Williamsburg in Brooklyn, in the last 10 years it became very popular and now it seems like everybody wants to live here, because it has it all!!
Young vibes mixed with sophistication, liberal, and very up to date.
