Our home is a wonderful period house located about 15/20 minutes from the city centre of Dublin. The neighbourhood is Ranelagh which is a vibrant village with great local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and a great cinema located in the basement of a new trendy hotel called the Devlin. Our home is a bright comfortable family home which is ideal for a family with up to three kids. There is one room at the top of the house where we keep our own stuff. There are four bedrooms at hall level. Three good singles and a large double. We are twenty minutes drive from the coast so it is easy to get to nearby coastal areas. We are twenty minutes drive from the mountains. We live in one of the best locations in Dublin. Our house is five minutes from the Luas line which is the overground Metro. Trains come every five minutes and the trip to the centre of Dublin, St Stephen`s Green is about seven minutes. It takes 20 minutes to walk from the house.
About the location
Ranelagh is a great area for exploring Dublin. It has lots of great cafes and places to eat. it has two parks close by; Belgrave Square and Palmerston Park. It is only 7 minutes on the Luas to the city centre.
