Modern house in Plymouth easy access to Devon and Cornwall. House is located on a road to a cul-de-sac (i.e. dead end) so quiet area. Semi-detached house with quiet neighbours. Downstairs with living room, kitchen, and toilet. Upstairs with a small dressing room, bathroom (with bath/shower and toilet), main bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with guest bed that can be single or double. The house can accommodate up to four people. Back garden has been planted with edibles (e.g. fruit, veggies, herbs) with nice patio to enjoy the sun as it is South facing. Private, gated drive for two cars.

The house was built 19 years ago so in good condition and well looked-after. Wifi available but no tv license.

I will provide guidebooks and brochures of local attractions!

About the location

Picturesque, coastal naval city surrounded by the beautiful Devon and Cornwall countryside with breath-taking seaside walks and views.

I tend to walk around town as everything is quite close. Regarding distances:
supermarket (Aldi), Freedom Fields Park with sea views and bus stops 2 minutes walk
Restaurants, coffee shops, gym, etc. 7 min. walk
City centre and train station are 15-20 min. walk
The Hoe (waterfront), the Barbican (Mayflower steps, boat rides, bars, etc.) 30 min walk

Plymouth is on a beautiful coastline where you can visit beaches, National Trust properties, take boat trips (including naval-themed), visit the Gin Distillery, National Aquarium, coastal and Dartmoor walks, and so much more! For day trips or longer trips outside Plymouth you can take the train or bus but I recommend a car to get to hidden gems! See photos for some of the many attractions nearby!
