All the usual expected facilities such as Internet, washer, dryer, coffee machine, dish washer, push bikes, pizza oven etc will compliment your stay.

I have two boys who have a collection of toys and outdoor play items available.

About the location

Located enviously between the engaging Winton High Street with the vast array of shops and restaurants to the beauty which is Bournemouth Beach (voted best beach in the UK).

Close by are the famous houses of Sandbanks and Poole Harbour. Further along is the well known Jurassic Coast and a paleontologist‘s dream. Don’t forget the excellent vast New Forest with the quaint welcoming English villages. All accessible by road or the great frequent bus routes.

So much to do all year round and a great place to explore. Fast air and rail links to Europe and London.
