Only minutes from the historic district of downtown Annapolis, my home is a 100 year old charming cottage. It sits in a park like setting, surrounded by oak trees, across a quiet road from the headwaters of Spa Creek. The front path leads up to a large front porch with white wicker chairs that is perfect for eating breakfast or lunch. Upon entering, the living room, kitchen, and dining area are in an open space plan. The ground floor bedroom with full bath takes up the left side of the house. The French Doors at the end of the living room lead out to a large back deck and an expansive backyard lawn.
