Eagle Lodge

Eagle Lodge is situated in 20 acres of private grounds and is one of 3 lodges on site. there are 3 bedrooms consisting of one double ensuite, one twin and one superking which can be split into twin beds. There is a dishwasher, cooker and hob, microwave in the open plan kitchen with a table to seat six. Outside there is a large decking area with seating for the summer months.

The 20 acres is made up of 3 golf holes available for exclusive use for any guests staying. It has central heating and is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the beautiful area of South Snowdonia with plenty of stunning walks and mountain bike trails and only 8 miles from the nearest beaches.

About the location

Dolgellau is a small town situated at the foot of Cader Idris, one of the highest mountains in Wales. There are two supermarkets in town with plenty of independent shops in the town. There are good restaurants and pubs in town with lots of walking, fishing and mountain biking trails. There is a pony trekking centre in Fairbourne (8 miles) who offer beach rides. Porthmadog is half an hour away where you can find Portmeirion Village which is a lovely day out. Chester to the north is a little over an hours drive and Aberystwyth to the south is approximately 50 minutes.
