Lovely, newly renovated Berlin Altbau

My first floor flat is situated in the best part of Berlin, over looking the Park. It has high ceilings, large windows with lots of sunlight. It’s very central surrounded by nice cafes, restaurants and markets nearby. The flat itself has everything you need, dish washer, washing machine and WiFi. I also have a painting studio 10 minutes away , which I would be interested to swap , for something similar as well, although thats not essential.

About the location

Lovely lively area, opposite the park, so very green. Lots of great cafes, restaurants and shops just minutes away. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful. It very centrally located with good transport links around the city.
