Ridgewood - Guildford

My house is situated in a private cul-de-sac within walking distance of Guildford town centre and train station with a 40 minute fast train service into London. The south-west facing view across the river and meadows is spectacular from the back of the house. Walks and cycle rides from the house lead to the North Downs Way and Pilgrims Way through beautiful Surrey countryside. We have an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with an additional living room with wood burning stove. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is an additional family bathroom. All beds are doubles with one being a super-kingsized and two others being King sized. The fourth bedroom is a normal double. The house was renovated two years ago and is very clean and contemporary.

About the location

Guildford is perfectly placed to explore London, Windsor, Oxford and the south-East of England. The New Forest and its coastline with the Isle of Wight are an easy day trip and short trips to Devon, Cornwall, Bath and the Cotswolds are all easily reached from Guildford.
