Large, modern Home - Kent, England

Our home is a spacious, two storey brick building with a modern kitchen and open-plan living and dining area. We have 4 large bedrooms, including an en suite master bedroom. We have a 49" TV as well as a fireplace in our living room. Our french double doors open onto a small patio which leads on to a considerable, well kept lawn space with a pond on one side and trees to sit under on hot summer days. Two cars are available as well as bikes, scooters and a foldable ping pong table. Catsitting is optional.

About the location

Kent is known as the Garden of England and is famed for the stunning landscapes and beautiful coastline, complete with both sandy and pebble beaches. The house lies in a small, culturally traditional and picturesque village, 10 minutes from the bay on foot, including several independently owned restaurants and a small shop. Only 15 minutes away is Dover, with its renowned clifftop castle and historical Roman Painted House, which can be reached via a beautiful walk across the famous white cliffs. London is only an hour away by train, with all of its incredible landmarks, restaurants and shops, and can be easily reached by car too.
