Our home is a contemporary 2 storey beachside home with sweeping views over Bramble Bay. An undercroft offers sufficient parking for up to 8 vehicles, boat, trailers or caravan.

Architectually designed for the warmer Queensland climate the home offers three large double bedrooms, office, laundry, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen dining and upstairs lounge. The lower level lounge has a gas fire for those slightly cooler winter nights. A small manageable lawned backyard, shed and outdoor seating deck.

The home is fitted with high end modern appliances, reverse cycle Air Conditioning/heating, Vacuum Maid, Miele Ovens, Induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, Zip Hot/Cold water dispenser, dishwasher and washing machine.

With two magnificient decks, the upper with full outdoor kitchen BBQ ,wine and bar fridge allows full outdoor living and casual dining. The main bedroom is ensuited with a small patio opening onto the rear of the property. All bedrooms have AC , ceiling fans and ample cupboards and storage. Fully secure, internal video system, unlimited WIFI, gated and fenced

Access to the home is via front and rear stairs and a small residential lift to the first level. It does not accommodate for the disabled or smaller children.

Brighton is a northern suburb 30 mins from the vibrant Brisbane city centre. Locally there are many attractions such as parks, dog walks, dedicated bike ways sporting activities, designated walks, and bike tracks all at your doorstep.

With just an easy 10 minute stroll along the seafront we border with the bayside suburb of Sandgate with its direct main line rail link to Brisbane and its village atmosphere, public pools, library, bars, coffee shops, restaurants, Supermarkets and specialty stores.

Situated on Bramble Bay overlooking Stradbroke and Moreton Islands the area is popular with families and water sport enthusiasts (Sailing, Swimming, Kite Surfing, Kayaking, Stand Up Paddleboard, Fishing and much more). Both Moreton and Stradbroke Islands are wholly sand islands and only a short ferry drive away boasting some of the best beaches, fishing and surfing outside of the main coastal beaches.

There are two major shopping centres just a 10 minute ride away, Chermside and North Lakes both offering cinemas, major shopping chains and specialty stores. Nearby is the Redcliffe Peninsular with its beaches, marina, shopping precinct and between April to November whale watching boat trips.

Brisbane itself offers a variety of attractions such as the famous “Gabba” , Museums, QPAC Performing Arts Centre, Botanical Gardens, South Bank on the River, GOMA Galleries, major stores, restaurants, clubs and Sporting Venues to name just a few.

Brisbane enjoys a sub-tropical temperate climate with summer temperatures in the high 20s and winter temperatures in the low 20s. The weather is warm and sunny most of the year.

Brisbane International Airport is only a 15 minute drive away. The Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast are via the Motorway or Public Transport. The Gold Coast beaches of Surfers Paradise are popular with residents, holiday makers and tourists alike with major attractions, fun parks, theme parks Movie World, Dreamworld, Wet and Wild, and Sea World. On the Sunshine Coast Major attractions include Underwater World, Australia Zoo, David Hart Gallery and the beautiful Maroochydore and Noosa surf clubs.
