Seaside town

Our homely 4 bedroomed detached home is in Portrush, in an area of outstanding beauty.

We have 4 double bedrooms (one with an en suite). We have a large shared bathroom and a downstairs toilet.

Our kitchen has a dining area with a sofa area and we have a large separate living room and a small snug.

For children we have an X Box, WII, children’s toys, Netflix and of course WiFi. We have golf clubs for any keen golfers wishing to use the beautiful courses nearby. We have a rowing machine too.

We have a front and back garden and we are just 5 minutes drive from town or 20 minutes walk. It’s a lovely town with a small department store, the famous Ramore restaurants bars and Barry’s funfair.

Lidl and a Spar are both just a few minutes walk away.

About the location

Our home is 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach and we have several gorgeous beaches nearby. Beaches include the West and East Strand and White Rocks.

Portrush was the home of the golf Open in July 2019 with some of the most beautiful courses in the world on our doorstep.

Portrush is a buzzing seaside town with many fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes, a funfair and there is always lots to do! The people are so friendly here, the Irish charm!

Activities that we enjoy include cycling, water boarding, running (Portrush has its very own 5k Parkrun every Saturday. In fact Portrush set up the first junior 2k Parkrun which takes place on the beach every Sunday morning. ) eating out, or simply just walking down to the beach cafes for a coffee.

We are just under 15 miles from the gorgeous Giants Causeway and near other seaside towns such as Bushmills (which has its very own whiskey factory) and Portstewart with its own stunning National Trust beach.

We are just 1 hour and 20 minute drive from Belfast or by train from Portrush it will take you 1 hour and 45 minutes. We are also about an hours drive from the city of Derry.

We are an hours drive from Belfast Zoo. For rainy days there is W5 (who, what, why, when, where) at the Belfast SSE arena is fab for children up to aged 16 and is just over an hour away, the Titanic museum and the beautiful Stormont building. The next town from us in Coleraine, has a pool, children’s pool and 2 water slides. There are a couple of soft play indoor areas locally too and a cinema.

For people that enjoy walking, we have gorgeous coastal walks that go on....for as many miles as you wish! From Portstewart, Portrush, Bushmills to the Giants Causeway.
