Typical Parisian apartment next to all facilities - Paris

Our flat is a 80 square meter typical parisian apartment, with wooden floor and cheminy. It is situated on 5th floor (with elevator) with a little balcony.
It is nicely decorated, and has all types of equipments you shall need for a family and for babies in particular. The kitchen is equipied with an oven, a microwave, 3 cooking spots, a fridge. We also have a grill to be used on the balcony.

We have no pets and we would not accept pets.

About the location

Next to our flat is a daily market for fresh products, there are also many restaurants and bars. It is close to the Bastille, and Le Marais area, also to the "Gare de Lyon" station (10min walking), convinient if you plan on a high speed train trip to the south of France, or if you like to do a day trip to Eurodisney park, only 45 min away from our place.

The opera (Bastille) is really close by too if you want to experience it.
All types of transport facilities are available in the nearby : metro, bus, train. The area is really safe too.
