Luxurious tropical retreat near all that Panama has to offer

Large new home in small gated community in Brisas de Golf, a suburban neighborhood of Panama City, Panama. Easy access to local highway, 25 minutes to the bustle of Panama City or the antique charms of Casco Viejo.

Three bedrooms upstairs, each with en suite full bathrooms (one has a full bed, one has a queen, and the master suite has a king bed). Air conditioners in each bedroom. Each has a walk-in closet, and the master suite has an additional built in closet. There is also a landing on the second floor with a TV and a balcony.

Downstairs the you`ll find the living and dining dining room, a half bath, and the large kitchen. There is a family room (with a pool table) which as been converted into a fourth bedroom. It has a twin bed and an air conditioner. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, a food processor, blender, and bread machine.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer, and there is a storage/maid`s room with attached bathroom. The backyard on our corner lot is large as well, and features a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a badminton net on the expansive lawn.

Our kitchen looks out at the community`s common area which features multilevel pools (one area is very shallow for small children), an indoor (and air conditioned) gym, a covered social area, and a lighted basketball/soccer sports area.

Depending on when the exchange occurs, our housekeeper may be available as needed. We also have four bicycles (two adult and two kids`) which would be available for your use. Our car, a Honda Pilot that seats 8, could be available for the exchange, although Uber and taxis are plentiful if you`d rather not drive.


About the location

The Brisas del Golf area of Panama City is a newly developed suburb of the city. We have perhaps the best grocery store in the country, our local Riba Smith, just a five minute drive away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops, and much more on the main street of Brisas del Golf.

The Parque Natural Metropolitano is an 19km drive towards the city and offers easy access to multiple jungle hikes. Parque Nacional Soberania (29km) and Gamboa (37km) are less than an hour`s drive away for more jungle experiences - monkeys, birds, and the occasional sloths are within easy walking access. Excellent beaches and quaint mountain villages are within a couple hours` drive of our home.

Panama City also boasts many high-end malls including the largest mall in the Americas. Panama City`s primary international airport, PTY - Tocumen International, is 20 minutes from our house.
