It has 2 double rooms and a single on the first floor with a bathroom and separate toilet, then there is a double and a spare room on the top floor.
It has a large lounge with TV, Wii, Wifi, PS and Sky.
The dining room has dining for 6 with patio doors leading to the rear garden.
The kitchen is smaller, but a great space for preparing meals and has all the usual appliances.
The rear garden is a walled yard which is pretty in summer with all the flowers, a picnic table and a shed fully of spare chairs, bbq, firewood and anything you may need for entertaining in the garden.
The whole house has a great family feel to it and is cosy in the winter months.
There is a family cat that wanders in now and again.

About the location

Lytham St Annes is a beautiful town set on the Fylde coast which is 13 miles of golden sandy beaches starting from the Ribble Valley through to Morecambe Bay.
It has 4 golf courses and hosts the British Open Golf Championships on occasion.

If you want more entertainment, it is 5 miles down the coast from Blackpool which has the illuminations every year and the Pleasure Beach for the younger ones.

Ricoh Women's British Open Golf 2 to 5 August 2018 returns to Royal Lytham and St Annes Golf Club

Lytham 1940s Wartime Weekend 18th / 19th August - 2018. Taking place on Lytham Green and elsewhere around Lytham this is a must for all the family. Come and join in the atmosphere and immerse yourself in wartime Britain, live entertainment, battle re enactment, vehicle displays and ride out and much, much more.

St Annes Kite Festival - 31 Aug to 2 Sept 2018. The skies above St Annes seafront will be awash with colour on as fabulous display kites take to the air on the beach adjacent to the pier. The festival will feature single line kites of all shapes and sizes,plus an evening of illuminated kite flying at dusk (weather permitting)

If you haven't already occupied the stylish and modern Beach Huts in St Annes, then this is a must for a visit to the seaside. The huts are top of the attractions list on Trip Advisor for St Annes. Day rentals and special offers are available for longer bookings.

Connections: Trains: stations at Lytham, Ansdell & Fairhaven and St Annes, with trains to Blackpool (hourly, 14-17 mins) and Preston (25 mins). Driving: it’s 25 mins to Preston, 20 to Blackpool, and just over an hour to central Manchester and Liverpool

We are also an hours drive from the Lake District which is lovely for a day out or a stay over.

Southport is also a 45 minute drive, this is worth a day trip too.
