Penthouse Apartment

Our modern apartment sits in a secure landscaped development with its own pool and gardens on the fringes of Santa Eulalia. Our balcony and roof terrace overlook the sea and pine covered hills. We watch the sun set behind the ancient church on the hill over town, and watch the sun rise over the sea from our roof.

Our apartment is modern, tastefully furnished, has a small kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), a large living room, laundry/utility and of course balcony with sofa, table and chairs - not forgetting the full size roof terrace with loungers. The balcony and roof terrace get the sun all day.

From the back gate of the apartments it's less than 30 seconds to the stunning coastline. There's a gorgeous beach 5 minutes walk away (deserted in winter).

The bustling town of Santa Eulalia with bars, restaurants and shops is a mere 10 minute walk, via the picturesque marina if you fancy. There are two large supermarkets 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

We often travel with our small well behaved dog so would be looking for somewhere she is welcome too.

About the location

Santa Eulalia is on the east coast, around 25 minutes drive north of Ibiza Town and 30 mins from the airport. It has a small population but many chic bars, restaurants and shops, as well as a large main beach, and stunning coastline running up the coast.
