I have a lovely, quiet, one level condo (attached - never hear the neighbors) in an easy access to all things Traverse City (theater, incredible restaurants - we are a "foodie city", Lake Michigan for great swimming, wonderful people, MANY wineries and shopping in our vibrant downtown.
The home is 5 -10 minutes from anywhere in the city.
There are two steps to get in the front door or in from the garage.
About the location
I did that above but....Theater, Incredible restaurants are so plentiful, shopping downtown, wineries, Cherries (the Cherry Capital of the WORLD), gorgeous beaches, skiing in the winter, Ice fishing in the winter, some Hilly areas which overlook both sides of Lake Michigan. Interlochen Center for the arts is a worldwide known musical school and concerts are aplenty. Our Opera House puts on wonderful world-known artists and actors and musicians. Traverse Symphony is wonderful. Old Town Playhouse has incredible shows. The Music House Museum (10 miles) is a TREASURE.
