The flat has a large master bedroom with king size bed and stunning views and access to the balcony whilst the second bedroom is a good size with twin beds and views of the woodland beyond. There is a well equipped kitchen and a large dining area with seating for six. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and a heated towel rail. The large living room also boasts fantastic views.

The flat is situated on the top floor (of two) and is accessed by 40 steps so may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

About the location

The flat is nestled in the sheltered south facing Trenance Valley about half a mile from Newquay town centre. Within a few minutes` walk there are two cafes, one (excellent) restaurant, tennis centre, swimming pool and gym and Newquay Zoo. The lake in summer also offers rowing boats, canoes and pedalos for hire, while, next door are the Trenance stables which offer daily horse riding treks along the beautiful Gannel estuary which is only 50m away.
The town, with all its bars, shops and restaurants, is about 15minutes walk away as are many of the beaches. Access to the River Gannel is just across the road and at low tide, you can walk all the way up to Crantock beach (25mins). At high tide, you can kayak, SUP or swim!
Further afield you have St Ives with its newly refurbished Tate Gallery (50mins), The Eden Project (35mins) and the cathedral city of Truro to name just a few of the many attractions Cornwall has to offer.
