The space

This small studio is at a loft complex with a lot of cool neighbors.
You can feel the vibe very easy going.

It has a small balcony for smokers, but better don't.
It is fun, just to sit out and read.
The place has anything you need.

Guest access

There is in the main entrance a chill out room with a pool table and some vintage video games as well.
Roof garden with a grill always ready and with an awesome view.
Also a jacuzzi or hot tub.
There is a gym on the same floor.

Uber is often ok.

The L is very close, red line and brown as well.
Several bus stops near as well.

I have a bike there that you can also use.

Just the frame is small.

As I am 5'8"

It is perfect to go around, and cool with the environment.
