Our second home is a 2 bedroom apartment with a recently refitted kitchen and has all the essentials you will need for a great holiday. We bought our apartment 4 years ago and have enjoyed every minute of going there. There is a south facing balcony with a magnificent mountain view, 2 comfortable bedrooms and a sofabed for extra guests. Our apartment is homely and comfortable and is traditional Spanish in style as part of a small friendly complex. There is a TV and DVD player, hairdryer, washing machine ironing board for use. It is a gated community and there is parking on site. There is a shared pool and gardens.
About the location
Our apartment in Denia, great for relaxing beach holidays all year round due to the wonderful climate of the Costa Blanca. Our apartment has a beautiful mountain view and is only a short walk to the sandy or snorkelling beaches and into the historic town of Denia. Denia boasts wonderful shops, restaurants, tapas bars and cerveceria, there's also a magnificent marina 10 minutes away on foot. A car is preferable but not essential and the motorway is quiet and easy to drive on. The apartment is in a small gated community and there is parking and a shared swimming pool. The waterparks of Benidorm are 40 minutes away and Valencia one hour away. Nearest airports are Valencia and Alicante. There are mountain walks, golf scuba diving windsurfing, tennis and other sports all within a few miles.
