My self and cat live here. There are gardens front and back, with front driveway and garage. Conservatory off living area, overlooking rear garden.

Separate dining room, off kitchen. Two double bedrooms at front, rear bedroom has twin bunk beds which grandchildren use when staying over.

Bathroom upstairs with electric shower over bath. Downstairs toilet.

Kitchen well equipped, with dishwasher.

About the location

Home is on border of Earl Shilton in a small area of houses built in 1980s. Next village is Thurlaston, there is a ` ford `across the road, or you can drive around.

In Earl Shilton there are good facilities for shopping, dining etc.

Within area Market Bosworth is a lovely Market Town, Bosworth Battlefield highly recommended tourists attraction. Bosworth Water park and country park., also Marina. SuttonCheney historical village, with canal wharf . Lots of surrounding villages with country pubs. Mallory racing circuit is another major attraction.

Leicestershire and Warwickshire have many interesting locations for tourists.
