This ground floor apartment is situated opposite the wild flower meadows & lakes. It can sleep up to 5 people, there is a double bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed and a single chair bed. There is a television, DVD player, DAB radio and CD player in the lounge. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking.

About the location

On the complex there is an excellent indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, steam room and gym, whilst outdoor pursuits include fishing, tennis courts, bike hire and a putting green. Communal grounds with picnic areas, BBQs and 2 lakes. The on-site pub allows dogs inside serves food and provides WiFi. There is also a cafe and Italian restaurant where you can purchase take-aways. Food is served until 9pm. A pleasant walk brings you direct access to a lovely, sandy beach,which is dog friendly all year round and stretches for 5 miles.There is a lovely dog friendly cafe at Hunmanby Gap about 15 minutes walk along the beach in the opposite direction to Filey serving home cooked food and cakes. The walk to Filey along the beach takes about 20 -30 minutes. It is a quaint, historic seaside resort which remains unspoilt, with a promenade, gardens and independent shops and tea rooms.
