The House is only 6 years old with modern insulation and geothermal central heating. It is made up of a huge communal living area with open fireplace and modern Kitchen area.

The bedroom areas offer 2 private double rooms with smaller rooms connected via a mezzanine, and a third totally independent private double bedroom.

The bathroom area is a pure delight for relaxing after a hike, with a choice of shower or sunken bath spa.

About the location

Bagneres de Luchon is the closest town.

This natural Thermal spa resort is situated only 15 minutes away offering not only spas and different summer celebrations, but also fine restaurants, shopping areas and a cinema.

Walks can be undertaken directly from the house for those who are confirmed hikers and beginners too. The Tour de France passes within view down the road from Peyrasourde.

Other activities such as fishing, paragliding, canoeing, rafting, canyoning etc can be found nearby.

A Spanish mountain town can be reached in about 45 mins, so you can go and enjoy tapas in a very pretty surrounding.

Just 5 mi from Peyragudes ski station and 5.6 mi from Luchon-Superbagnères ski station.
