New nice apartment near city centre - Zwolle

first floor: one single bedroom and large wardrobe.
second floor: 2 double bedrooms, kitchen with everything you need, bathroom with shower and washing machine, livingroom and covered terrace.
Wifi everywhere, televisions in bedroom and livingroom.
Only 7 mnts by car or 10 by bus ( busstop at 3 mnts walk) to the station. One hour train to Amsterdam city center ( and airport) and other beautiful places in the Netherlands.
Use of car ( Ford Fiesta march 2017) depending on house swap possible.
No smokers and no pets, not really suitable for very small children because of the two stairs. My grandchildren (3-5) are used to it by now though.

About the location

Quiet, calm, nice view on neighbourgardens, green, clean.
Zwolle is situated in the middle of the Country so everything is within reach, trainstation, busstop, motorway nearby. Zwolle has a lot of very good museums, art galleries and restaurants, even one with Michelin stars rated. Cinema with 9 halls, golf, shopping centres, supermarket, parks, Ikea, fitness within 0,5 to 5 km
