Our home is close to the town centre (10 mins walk) but surrounded by beautiful scenery and on the outskirts of the Cotswolds. The house is set on 3 floors with two double bedrooms and one with two single beds there is a bathroom and a separate shower room. On the ground floor there is a large dining/sitting room and a separate sitting room, both have log fires. Kitchen has large range cooker. Washing machine etc outside in coal house. We have chickens and two rabbits which would ideally need to be looked after. We have a huge sunny south facing garden.

About the location

We are on the outskirts of the Cotswolds within easy reach of both Oxford (60-90mins drive) and Bath (50mins drive). Bristol Airport is an hour away by car. Stroud is a lovely town with a famous Farmers Market every Saturday. We are situated just 10 mins from the town centre and here you can catch regular trains to London (1hr30mins direct). There are many beautiful Costwold villages close by and wonderful National Trust properties. We have an amazing Michelin rated restaurant 2 mins walk away and an abundance of cafes include an organic, vegetarian cafe in town. There are plenty of lovely walks you can take from the house and discover the five valleys which we are famous for.
