A room (25m2) in a apartment in Arnhem - near by Amsterdam

It is a (student) apartment with 3 rooms. I live there with 2 boys from 21 and 23. You share the kitchen and bathroom together. The boys usually never use the kitchen that much, so mostly it's always available. When you want to go out of your room you walk a bit into the room of one boy who is living there. You can lock your room and you have a couch, bed, tv, closets, a table and everything you need to live in. The room is like 25m2. You can also use the balcony.

We have a washer/drier/dishwasher/refrigerator/freezer

About the location

It's qietly and just a normal neighborhood. It is 10 minutes away of the city centre, doctor, everything is really close. You also have a busstop 1 minute away from the house. The central station is also just 5-10 minutes with the bus. You have like big parks and great spots in the summer where everyone is going. For example: Sonsbeekpark.
Or an outside swimmingpool with a whole park around it. For the supermarket you just have to walk for 3-5 minutes The city center has everything you need; clothes, food, drinks, phone shops, etc. Also, calles; korenmarkt, is a place where you can party a lot.
By train it is like 40 minutes away from Amsterdam.
