Architect Designed house 200 meters from the beach - Cornwall
Our oak timber frame house was built in 2011. There are 3 double bedrooms, the master bedroom is en-suite. All the bedrooms lead out into the garden. There are two living rooms, with exposed oak beams. All the rooms have amazing sea views. There is a well stocked garden with a veranda and views out over the bay.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, freezer, the utility room has a washing machine and tumbler dryer. There is fast WiFi
About the location
We are 200 meters from a safe beach and the SW coast path. The village has a pub, a good restaurant and a well stocked shop. The area has some of the best beaches (Whitsand bay, which has good surf) and is near quaint fishing villages (Polperro, Looe and Fowey). There are amazing coastal walks, with cliffs and wild flowers. Cornwall is a great place to visit www.visitcornwall.com
