The charming market town of Miltown Malbay, County Clare is situated on the West coast of Ireland on the wild atlantic way, between Galway bay and the Shannon estuary, it is located 1 hour north of Limerick city, 1 hour south of Galway city and 3 hours east of Dublin.

Shannon International airport is a 35 min. drive away.the area has easy access to the Cliffs of Moher, the famous ancient wild and unspoilt landscape of `The Burren, and easy reach of Loop head and the coastal Counties of Galway and Kerry.the house is in a rural setting surrounded by green verdant hills and farmland and the area is rich in local folklore and music, the local area was used as the main locations for the the hit TV comedy series `Father Ted`
