Our lovely family home is on the outskirts of Edinburgh with excellent local facilities. Very easy access in to the city centre, taking only 20 minutes by a regular bus service.

There are three bedrooms, one family bathroom and one ensuite bathroom. The open plan kitchen-diner gives onto a large private back garden with table and chairs on the deck for outside dining. There is also a large, comfortable living room with TV, wifi etc All rooms are bright and airy.

About the location

Set in a well-established suburb of Edinburgh with lovely views to the Pentland Hills to the rear and Fife and the Forth to the front of the house, with good walks along the Water of Leith and in the immediate vicinity. Colinton has pubs, shops and 2 good restaurants, all within 5 minutes walk of the house. A beautiful place to stay. And just a short bus ride in to Edinburgh city centre with all that has to offer.
