HORN Cottage is a single story cottage. A typical example of a Florida cottage, built in 1973. It has been modernized, without compromising the beach charm, with additional sitting and bedroom areas , It boasts 3 bedrooms, kitchen area and 2 baths with several small living areas. The cottage is a water-front home, nestled among dwarf Live Oak trees on a bluff above a Coastal Dunes Lake overlooking the white sand beach . It has three small decks on the lakefront, One with views of beach and sunrises and a brick courtyard off the kitchen. All allowing outdoor meals.
The beautiful northwest Florida Gulf of Mexico is a short 3 minute walk or 5 minute boat trip to the white sand beaches. A kayak and paddle board are available as is small rowboat.
The location is very convenient to the coastal resort towns of Seaside, Destin and Panama City, with nearby shopping, wonderful seafood restaurants and extensive bike trails.
