For house exchange or rental, our house is in a cul de sac in a quiet residential area 4 kms from the beaches and bay of Palamos, Costa Brava. Easy to reach Begur, S'Agaro, Llafranc from the house or Barcelona 1.5 hours away.
The area is great for exploring Catalonia, you can fly to Girona which is 40 minutes drive from the house. Or Barcelona which is an hour and twenty minute drive.
The house has a beautiful garden, pool, v comfortable for up to 7 people.
About the location
Very peaceful, overlooking the hills of Calonge and the Gavarres area. Calonge is a medieval small town with a castle and coffee shops, markets; nearby is Platja D'Aro a busy seaside town and there are numerous authentic villages nearby. Wonderful wine and food, Dali triangle, walking, beach ... a lovely place. We are open to exchanges out of the high season when it is available to rent.
