Lovely house near Regensburg - Bad Abbach

We live in a cosy, spacious semidetached house in a rural area, minutes away from Unesco World Heritage city of Regensburg.....

We do have two lovely girls who will love to share their toys

About the location

There are plenty of things to do.... outdoor activities, leisure facilities, thermal spa, museum, cultural heritage, bars and very nice restaurants.

Regensburg is a beautiful and old city, with a very nice Italian flair. But also Munich and Nuremberg are only 1 hour away.
Public transport, restaurants, thermal spa and shops are just around the corner....
