Central Edinburgh Modern flat that is our second home

Located in the new town the flat has
1. A double bedroom- there is a double bedroom with a double bed, duvet, pillows and fitted wardrobe
2. Living room with 2 double sofa beds (instructions on how to turn into beds in the info folder), table and 6 chairs and a television (with in-built DVD player) and a Digital Box Recorder. There are 2 single duvets and some pillows for the sofa beds under the double bed.
3. A fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, cooker, dishwasher and fridge with a small freezer compartment). The washing machine has a drying function. There are plenty of general supplies in the kitchen which you are welcome to use but please replace if anything runs out.

About the location

The flat has easy access to the wide range of sights and activities Edinburgh has to offer. It is near the Playhouse Theatre and a vast array of restaurants and bars.
