Renovated house in quiet part of Islington

Our newly renovated and modernised house offer 2 large rooms downstairs and 3 spacious bedrooms. There is a garden with a swing and a slide and a BBQ. The house is on cul-de-sac and it`s backs into lovely park. The playground is around the corner. A lot of cafes and restaurants short stroll away. The journey to the centre takes only 30 minutes.

We are family with a baby boy and two girls (7 and 9) who likes to be outdoors the most. We open to swaps anywhere in UK or in Europe with a gorgeous countryside.

There are three levels in our house. On the ground floor are large living room and kitchen. Skylights windows and extensions out and up create a tremendous feeling of space with lots of natural light.
The master bedroom got the super kingsize bed and a cot bed. Second bedroom got bunk bed. In the third bedroom is the kingsize bed. All beds have proper mattresses.
The contemporarily designed family bathroom has underfloor heating, large bath, walk-in shower, heated mirror, hairdryer and a skylight. There is also a cloakroom/toilet on the ground floor.
The garden got a table and couple of chairs and BBQ for outdoor dining.
Kids are welcome to use climbing frame, slide and swing in the garden,toys and books.

About the location

North Islington has excellent transport links, taking thirty minutes journey to the city centre.

15 min walk to the nearest tube station Finsbury park (Victoria and Piccadilly line) or 15 min by bus to Caledonian road tube station (next after King-Cross station).
10 min walk to the nearest overground station Crouch hill.
20 min by bus to the train stations King-Cross and Euston.

10 min walk to Stroud Green high street with a lot of restaurants and cafes.
