A spacious architect designed modernist apartment in 1930's purpose built apartment block. The apartment includes two double bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer), a bathroom with a bath. The apartment also had real wooden floors throughout, full central heating and Wifi. It also overlooks Clissold Park and has beautiful views of it from the living room and Kitchen through original 1930's windows. The interior of the apartment has been designed with scandanavian overtones to be light, homely and contemporary and extra cosy in wintertime.

About the location

Right next to the famous Clissold Park the apartment is slap bang in-between the funky hipster mecca of Stoke Newington, the chic leafy streets of well heeled Highbury and the hustle and bustle of the mother of all north London tribes Islington. Each one of theses London villages on its own has enough variety in shops, bars, pubs, restaurants and arts establishments to keep you busy for a month of Sundays. And if you ever feel the need to go into Central or West London its only a 5 minute walk to Arsenal tube station (and another 5 minutes walk to The Emirates stadium if you are a football fan).
