Picturesque house in a stunning Italian valley

Our house sits on a peninsula overlooking the valley of Caprafico (olive trees and vines).
There are two upstair bedrooms that are light and airy with high ceilings - both have great views out their windows. The main bedroom has a large very comfy bed and the second bedroom has a day bed that extends into a double.
The bathroom upstairs is brand new and has a bath and standing shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and large enough for 4 to eat comfortably with a centralised island that is great for serving.
The lounge also has a corner sofa that extends out into a sofa bed should it be required.
We have many outside eating areas - on our roof (where you can also project films) - outside the house on our long Italian table and also a pergola over by the edge of our land with a view of the valley.

About the location

Although you will feel secluded at our house (we are on the end of a small peninsula) - we are within an easy 10-15 minute drive to two local towns - Casoli and Guardiagrele - both pretty hilltop towns.
The Maiella mountain range is literally our next door neighbour so we have easy access to the national parks with plenty of walking trails and outdoor pursuits.
In winter there are 2 ski resorts (Passo Lanciano - 45 mins, Roccoraso - 1 hr).
The Adriatic sea is only 20 minutes from us with plenty of great spots.
There are also many great restaurants all within 15-20 mins from our house.
