An ideally-positioned,semi-detached, three bedroom Victorian house with garden. Two minutes from Chiswick Park tube station and very convenient for all the restaurants, pubs and shops that Chiswick has to offer and . Easy access to central London. Heathrow airport and Kew Gardens.
The house is on three floors with a bedroom and en-suite shower room on the top floor. There is another bathroom on the first floor and a cloakroom on the ground floor along with the master bedroom and one other double bedroom.. The kitchen is fully equipped with double doors leading to a large patio and garden area. There is a Smart TV with Netflix etc.
We also have a two bedroom apartment in Nice on the Côte d’Azur which can also be part of any arrangement if you are interested in visiting France during your stay. There are plenty of flights to Nice and it takes a two hour flight to get there.

About the location

Chiswick is an extremely popular and safe area with great independent shops and restaurants. From a Michelin star to quality fish and chips - the choice is yours. A local feel but very easy to get into central London and very convenient for Heathrow.
The area is well served with buses and the tube. The 94 bus that leaves from around the corner takes you straight to Piccadilly Circus via Holland Park, Notting Hill, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and Oxford Street. Chiswick House and Gardens are a short stroll away
There are three gastro pubs within a 5 minute walk - the Bollo is at the end of the road. The Swan and The Duke of Sussex both have large gardens too. Chiswick has a huge number of different restaurants, cafés and bars to choose from.
Chiswick Park tube station is just around the corner and is on the District Line. Kew Gardens is very close -walkable but only a couple of stops on the tube or overland service.
On three out of four Sundays, Chiswick will offer you a flower, antiques or cheese market. A brand new, independent cinema has just been built in the High Road too.
