(Yes, there is great biking in NYC!) Roof deck with view. Apartment is well maintained, inlcuing a weekly cleaner, but the feel is casual and it is definitely family-friendly. We also have four (low-maintenance) cats and not surprisingly give preference to exchangers who can take care of them; we would likewise do the same for your pets.
