Modern Timber Acreage Home 7km to Beach - Gold Coast

Our home is in the Gold Coast. Only 15 minutes to the local airport and 30 minutes into Surfers Paradise. Feels like a Mountain Chalet but it only takes 5 minutes to drive to many of the best beaches in Australia. On 3 acres with central A/c, with a huge pool, master bedroom and granite kitchen. Lots of wildlife around. Often we have wallabies (small kangaroo) and local parrots around. Sometimes we've even had a Koala pass by!... Peace and Quiet with all the advantages of the beach and tourist parks and the great city of the Gold Coast.! (Our home has two attached studio apartments which are occupied, however they are very separate and we live independently, with shared use of the pool, advantages are there is someone else to feed our dog and help you if you need anything)

Our area is the perfect union between beach and country! Drive 7 kilometres and there are endless beaches. trendy Beach cafes and shops! Or sit and relax with nature amongst the pine trees! A great local grocery shop just down the road (driving). Or there is a bike trail along the road to bike to the beach! - Large shopping malls are ten minutes away, and just up our road are beautiful natural rock pools and slides (seen in the video). It's really the best of all worlds! The International Gold Coast airport is 10 minutes away.
