Several Award winning restaurants and hotels in the village.
10 miles from Waterford city with a daily bus route 10-15 times per day directly outside the front gate. 10 minutes from Tramore town. Faithlegg golf course 7 minutes drive as is Tramore Golf Club.
Would be an ideal situation for a family who wish to have their children emersed with other children to learn English. Several families on site with children who play with each other safely on our avenue there.
