Gracious 2 story Art Deco mansion - Roseville, Sydney

Our home is a beautiful Art Deco family home, situated on a large private park-like block. It is 15 minutes by public transport into the Sydney CBD (bus at the door and train 1km walk to station) and 20 minutes drive to north shore beaches. Perfect for couples or for families wanting a peaceful and comfortable base in Sydney while still having quick and easy access to the city and beaches. We are happy to exchange cars and to offer our apartment in Canberra if you wish to venture outside of Sydney.
We have a beautiful 6yr old border collie and we prefer her to remain at home with our exchangers. She is very low maintenance and we organise a local student to walk her each day. She is confined to the family room where she sleeps, but is not allowed into the rest of the house. You can also use our BMW.

Roseville is a suburb 12km from the Sydney CBD on Sydney`s `leafy north shore`. It borders the Kuringai National Park, which provides many walking tracks, 2 minutes from our front door. Local cafes within 10 minutes walking are located within parks and gardens.
Characterised by its lush and leafy roadsides, parks, and gardens, Roseville has a variety of architectural types, especially Federation (c. 1890s to 1920s) and Californian bungalow (c. 1920s to 1930s) architectural styles. Our house is Art Deco.
