Lovely spacious 130 sq metre ground floor (internal area) 2 bedroom 2 bathroom garden apartment with uninterrupted sea views and of Gibraltar situated in development of Hacienda del Senorio de cifuentes. We have lovely views. There are 7 golf courses close by. We are situated in gated development with concierge - between Benahavis and San Pedro Alcantara in Costa del Sol and between coastal area of Puerto Banus and Estepona. We have four swimming pools in our gated community, one bar at the infiniity pool. Sun beds in pool areas. One pool open all year round and kiosko with tables and chairs serving drinks and food and open only in summer months around the infinity pool. Huge well kept landscaped gardens which will take you at least 15 minutes to walk around. Outdoor covered gym equipment for use by all in the community.
We have glass curtains surrounding outside dining terrace (making it a conservatory by English standards) so you have choice of dining and sitting on sofa all year round and enjoying the views. In summer the glass curtains are opened up of course.
Our development is gated with concierge at entrance.
The apartment is actually 3 bedrooms but the third is our study.

We live in very scenic area apartment which is 5km from village of Benahavis with front line views.
Local supermarket 3km. Our apartment has lovely mountain and uninterrupted sea views and surrounded by golf courses and car is essential. Benahavis known as the `dining room of Costa del Sol is ten minutes in the car. Lovely beaches 10 minutes drive. Ideal for restful or golfing break yet only a short car drive from everything. Gibraltar 45 mins drive. Malaga airport 50 mins drive.
