The real Italy - The Lunigiana in Northern Tuscany

Our lovely holiday home nestles in the foothills of the Apennine mountains in the Lunigiana. Lovely terrace and views. Good restaurants, bars shops, swimming pool and tennis club.etc are within 15/20 minutes drive.

Central heating. Dining kitchen with modern appliances.Sitting room. 2 double bedrooms and bathroom.

On the 1st floor there is a large twin room, further sitting room, and a second bathroom. Laundry and cellar with ourdoor equipment.

Walking, scrambling,horse riding and cycling are available.

We are in a village near Pontremoli, 75min drive north of Pisa. The seaside villages of the Cinque Terre (a UNESCO World Heritage Site.) and the beautiful resorts of Lerici and Portovenere are about 50mins drive away.

About the location

Whilst in Tuscany, Lunigiana has a character all of it`s own. The area is more similar to Liguria with beautiful mountains, ancient villages/towns and access to the sea including the fabulous little upmarket resort of Lerici and the World Heritage site of the Cinque Terre in 50 mins.

A great place to relax, enjoy walking in the mountains or crash out on the beach or just sit on our spacious terrace and gaze at the landscape. Some very nice restaurants about and reasonable prices. May not be suitable for small children due to elevated terrace

Parking is at the little village car park, just near our house.
