Our villa sits in a large gloriously colourful garden of palm and pepper trees, cactus, hibiscus and bougainvillea.

We have an enviable position with front sea views down towards Corralejo and over to Lanzarote and a private south facing back garden hugged by a mountain back drop.

The villa is spacious and has a light and airy feel. The top floor solely has the en suite master bedroom, with views down to the sea and a large private south facing terrace make a perfect haven. The ground floor is spacious and offers 2 further bedrooms and a full bathroom. With a fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room domestic tasks are made easy. The large hall provides a further sitting area and the main lounge comfy sofas, wood burner and large quality TV set up with UK channels gives a further relaxing life style. Not forgetting our large covered south facing patio in which to sit and dine al fresco.

We are well placed in the village within walking distance of 4 good local restaurants and 2 bars, a super bakery and 2 small supermarkets. Also close by you can drop into the 2 much sought after rural hotels. With a bus stop not far away getting to the coast at either Corralejo or El Cotillo takes only 20 minutes.

Fuerteventura is a hidden gem within the Canaries. It has a beauty of its own, miles of wonderful beaches and lagoons, all water sports, fishing and horse riding, tennis and good golf courses. For walkers the GR route takes you through mountains and along caminos where goats and local birds will be your only company. For novice and experienced cyclists the island has many exciting routes and is proving very popular.

With all round sunshine and that ever cooling breeze Fuerteventura simply offers something for everyone - with the emphasis on "tranquilo"!!
