We have owned our beautiful apartment in central Nice (Carre D'or area) for over 10 years. It is located on the prestigious Boulevard Victor Hugo and is on a lovely garden square only 3 blocks behind the world renowned Hotel Negresco and Musee d'Art et Histoire with Nice Ville station a 10 mins walk and Nice Airport 15/20 mins by taxi or direct bus service.

It sleeps 6/8 in 3 large bedrooms and is within easy walking distance of the seafront, shopping areas and old Nice. It is very spacious (approx 150 sq.m.) with high ceilings and full length French doors. This Haussman style building was constructed in 1900. It is a very grand building with carved front doors, ornate wrought iron balconies, shuttered French windows and domed roofs. The apartment is on the third floor and is reached by a marble staircase or Edwardian lift. It is fully air conditioned, in excellent condition with all modern comforts including WiFi. During the last few years the apartment has been newly furnished and renovated both inside and outside.

The neighbourhood is very French/Italian and the living experience is very much an authentic niçoise experience.
