The apartment is part of an exclusive development of just 4 apartments (2 ground, 2 upper) and 3 villas. Our upper floor benefits from a vaulted ceiling. It offers 2 en-suite bedrooms which sleep 4 and there is a sofa bed in the lounge There is a long open plan, lounge/reception area with kitchen and French doors to allow access to the large veranda area. The landscaped gardens feature a large swimming pool with adjoining sundeck. This is exclusively for the 4 apartments.

The entrance to Jolly Harbour Marina and resort is just a few minutes walk. It has the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean and a fine 18-hole golf course.

There is a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket.
