Villa Ganeshji at Maenam Hills, Koh Samui

Villa Ganeshji is set in tropical gardens within a gated complex of 10 houses. There are two bedrooms both with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms and large balconies that overlook the pool area with views of the hills (and the sea between the coconut palms). Both rooms are light, spacious and airy with air-conditioning.

The open plan living area combines a lounge, dining room and kitchen in one spacious area. It is decorated to a high standard using tropical and Thai themes. A large flat-screen TV/DVD with satellite channels available along with internet/wifi connection.

The dining room is part of the open plan living space and has a four-seat wood/glass dining table. The kitchen is large and open, and ideal for those who like to self cater or entertain. It is is fully equipped with appliances that include a large free standing fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, four-ring gas stove top, cafetiere, kettle, and toaster.

The outdoor tiled patio area consists of chairs and table, with mature palm and frangipani trees. The 15 meter swimming pool is a welcome haven on hot days and there is on-site housekeeping who maintain the pool and gardens.

About the location

Our home is just a short drive from Maenam beach, which has been voted one of the best in Asia. The north coast of Samui is a quiet part of the island, where long term residents choose to live with markets, bakeries and excellent restaurants close to hand. Our villa is also only a few minutes drive from the award winning 18 hole Santiburi golf course, which has beautiful views over the bay towards Koh Phangan. Maenam is situated just 20 minutes from the airport and around 30 minutes to Chaweng on the east coast with its shops, lively bars and restaurants .
