Three bedroom apartment with a mediterranean terrace. (You'll find citrus, olive, rosemary and lavender). Ideal for a couple or two adults travelling together.

The apartment (90m2) is the top floor in a house build in early 1900 and retain some of its original features (tiles, ceilings, doors )

The main bedroom contains a double bed (150cm) and an empty wardrobe for you. Second and third room (studio) are not used as bedrooms but in one of them you'll find a comfortable sofa bed.

Fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee maker, dish washer, kettle, microwave, etc.

Books and guides, tv , iPhone sound station are at your disposal during your stay. (And also some cold beers in the fridge).

If interested, I could also share with you my locker in my swimming club; Club Natació Barceloneta. You could enjoy a heated pool for outdoor swimming around year in front of the beach. (Have a look at www.cnab.org)

A profesional cleaner come once a week and could be available during your stay.

About the location

Excellent located next to Plaza Molina, between Gràcia and Sant Gervasi neighbourhoods. (It 's well known among the locals as one of the most attractive locations)

As a reliable and neutral source of information: Hotel Guillermo Tell, in front of the house, got a 8.2 score as “location” in booking. com)

Main attractions are within a pleasant stroll's distance. You reach the Gaudi's buildings of Passeig de Gracia in a 15 minutes’ walk. Vibrant Gracia's squares and markets are within a 10' minute walk. (A good network of pedestrian-friendly streets, independent shops and great architecture make Barcelona an excellent city for walking.)

Excellent transport links: 2' to metro station (L6 and L7) from where you can reach Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas in less than 10 minutes. Also good choice of buses: Beach, harbour and the Cathedral in under 20' ride express bus .

The immediate area is full of restaurants, bars, grocery shops and supermarkets.

Plaza Molina give you the perfect excuse to indulge yourself daily by having freshly baked pastries for breakfast at Bopan (pastisserie&bakery), and a large choice of cheese, ham, and wine at Xarcuteria Molina, an excellent gourmet deli and take away. (no need of cooking during holidays!)
