Full bathroom, second bathroom with shower and toilet. Large treed lot with park at the rear, with many birds and small wild animals. On quiet street.
Walking distance to university, and shopping/gym. Neighbourhood safe for cycling. One hour drive to Lake Huron or Lake Erie beaches and provincial parks. Two hour drive or train to Toronto. Stratford and other summer theatres within easy distance.
Summer daytime high temperature usually between 25 and 35, sometimes rather humid. Between June and late October a lot of sunshine.
We have no pets and are non-smokers.
