We have a two storey house, located on the Central Coast of NSW. The house is located ten minutes to numerous beaches, sixty minutes to Sydney, Newcastle and the famous Hunter Valley Vineyards.
The house has deep water river frontage just a block (short walk) from Tuggerah Lake.There is a bike/walking track that goes from Chittaway Bay to The Entrance around the lake.
The house has a covered deck, outdoor settings, a BBQ, three living areas, a bar/pool/billiards room, four bedrooms, three toilets a solar heated pool and a jetty.
We have a number of kayaks and a 20ft boat that can be used directly from the jetty in the backyard.
It is a great location to experience an `Australian Lifestyle` and to use as a base to explore other parts of NSW & Australia.
